Terms & Conditions

  1. Customer has to ensure that all rooms/flats/cabins in the house/society/office as the case may be should be made available for pest control servicing when our Technician reaches at given address ;
  2. Service charges for pest control is charged to customer on the basis of service or services selected by customer from our list of services available;
  3. Service charges are payable by Cash or Cheque or DD in favour of " Blue Grain Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. " in advance or before commencement of pest control services ;
  4. On the basis of contract made between customer and our company, service for pest control will be given only ;
  5. An additional service charges will be charged to customer, if customer ask our company to carry-out pest control services which is/are not included in contract copy ;
  6. An additional service charges will be charged to customer, if customer ask our company to carry-out pest control services in flat / office / warehouse/godown , as the case may be, which is / are not included in contract copy ;
  7. Our company will not be held responsible incase any area is left-out from pest control services due to not made available entire areas for pest control servicing by customer;
  8. Aged people, infants, pets, any person having breathing problem or sensitive to chemicals shouldn't be present in the premise during the treatment and before thorough cleaning of the treated areas ;
  9. Premise should be adequately ventilated after the treatment ;
  10. Treated surface shouldn't be touched when it is wet ;
  11. Use only Dry cloth for cleaning after completion of treatment;
  12. Our company shall carry-out needful treatments, as may be necessary to control the infestation at free of cost, if pest's problem against which service is being provided reappears. But, we shall not be liable to the owner for any loss, injury, death, damage suffered by the owner directly or indirectly through the presence of pest or pests in the treated areas during warranty period ;
  13. The contract is not transferable from one place to another place. If a person leave one place and shift to another place in Mumbai, he/she needs to take a fresh contract by paying an additional service charges ;
  14. We shall not be held responsible for any misplacement, loss or damage of any articles especially foodstuffs, plastics materials and any valuables etc. while treating the premises under contract. To avoid such possibilities, it shall be the occupants responsibility to allow the operations to perform the treatment in the presence of responsible person of his/her choice. We shall not be held responsible for mishandling, thefts etc.
  15. We shall not be held responsible for any damages to interior and/or exterior structures of building/flats/rooms/walls as the case may be, which may be occur while performing the duty to provide pest control services;
  16. We have instructed our technicians not to handle customer's property for safety purpose. We request customer or their representative to handle in shifting or removing their property;
  17. Incase customer ask our technician to handle in shifting or removing customer's property, we shall not be responsible for any damage, if any;
  18. The fresh contract supersedes all prior communication (oral or written) between customer and our company, agreements, undertakings ;
  19. Pest control services are scheduled as per mutually agreed time frame between our company and customer. However, giving services on time is failed because of heavy traffic, heavy rain or any natural calamity etc, or the premises are not made available for the treatment on the scheduled date and time, In such situation, pest control services would be re-scheduled as per mutually agreed between our company and customer and our company shall not be held responible;
  20. Company Disclaimer: customer may receive Promotional or Transactional SMS or calls from our company;
  21. The word "we" and "our company" are used in above mean "Blue Grain Chemicals Pvt. Ltd.";

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TERMITE PEST CONTROL SERVICES :

  1. Required water and electricity for the treatment shall be supplied to us at free of cost;
  2. We shall inform to customer if carpenter or electrician would be required in order to treat infested area behind fixed furniture;
  3. Cost of carpenter or electrician shall be borne by customer;
  4. Customers are requested to provide sufficient information related to concealed electrical wiring, plumbing pipes, telephone cables etc. before commencement of drilling work. It can help us to prevent accidental damage during drilling work. Our company will not be held responible for any damages caused to property in absent of sufficient information;
  5. We have instructed our technicians not to handle customer's property for safety purpose. We request customer or their representative to handle in shifting or removing their property;
  6. Incase customer ask our technician to handle in shifting or removing customer's property, we shall not be responsible for any damage, if any;
  7. Some noise and slight odour of the chemicals will be coming during the course of our drilling, fill up chemicals and sealed ;
  8. Also sealed holes may not match the existing finish;
  9. If any subterraneanean termite problem shall be seen within warranty period, we shall carry-out needful treatment as may be necessary to control the infestation at free of cost. But, we shall in no way be the liable to the owner for any loss, injury, damage suffered by the owner directly or indirectly through the presence of termite in the treated building structure during warranty period;

Cancellation and Refund Policies :

Cancellation Policy :

  1. Once the pest control service has been confirmed by a customer, service cannot be cancelled. However, a customer can re-schedule his/her booked service to any other day.
  2. Instead of booked order, a customer can book other service from list of our pest control services. In such case, customer is liable to pay differential amount if value of new order is more than original booked order.
  3. Incase of any service related complain, a customer can write us or contact us (bluegrain23@gmail.com /022-28702630 ). Your complain will be attended within 24 hours.

Refund Policy :

  1. Refund cannot be processed once a customer availed our service. Incase if any issue arises before service has been delivered, a customer can contact us at 022-28702630 or write us at bluegrain23@gmail.com
